Environment Assessment
Re-Quest begins every Managed Services contract with an environment assessment. This allows Re-Quest to attain the important information about a customer’s environment as well as provide the customer with a gap analysis between where their environment currently stands and industry best practices for where it should be. Re-Quest reviews the following during an assessment engagement:
- Server Resources
- Storage configuration and consumption
- Database layout, configuration, and health
- Application architecture and footprint
- Backup configuration
- Software version level and patching history
